Code of Conduct:
To paraphrase the legal mumbo jumbo in our official documents, this is our code of conduct.
Block Three has always been, and always will be a safe space. The core of beer has always
been community, and we hope to promote community regardless of race, gender, religion,
ability, sexual orientation, or any other status.
We will have zero tolerance for racism, descrimination of any kind, harassment, violence,
misogyny, or any other exclusionary behaviour. Compassion and respect are the rules of our
workplace and public space.
Threats, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or behaviours making either staff or patrons
feel unsafe are never tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
Be good to each other.
